We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Front Desk Manager for our Game Zone. The ideal candidate will be the face of the facility, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, handling guest queries, managing bookings, and ensuring smooth front desk operations.

Welcome guests warmly and assist with inquiries and check-ins.
Manage bookings, reservations, and game session schedules.
Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and efficiently.
Coordinate with the game zone team for smooth guest experiences.
Manage cash and digital payments, maintain billing records.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area.
Monitor stock and supplies for front desk operations.
Train and supervise front desk staff if required.
1 to 3 years of experience in a customer-facing/front desk role, preferably in entertainment, hospitality, or retail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of billing, POS systems, and computer operations.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a calm attitude.
Friendly, approachable, and well-groomed personality.
Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
