Job Description

Post:- Receptionist cum Front Desk Executive.

English Level:- Medium.

Job Description:-

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly.

  • Manage the front desk and ensure a neat and organized reception area.

  • Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence (couriers, emails, etc.).

  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes.

  • Coordinate with internal departments and provide general administrative support.

  • Schedule meetings and appointments and manage meeting room bookings.

  • Assist HR/Admin with clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry.

  • Monitor and order office supplies when necessary.

  • Handle basic inquiries and provide accurate information in person or via phone/email.

    Requirements:

    • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role

    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

    • Professional attitude and appearance

    • Solid written and verbal communication skills

    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

    • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise

    • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize task.

    • Education :- At least Graduate from Recognized University.
