Location: Horizon Champions Club
📍 No 65/1, C.M. Muniyallappa Tower, 2nd Floor, Choodasandra-Huskur Road,
Near Nandini Junction, Anekal, Bengaluru, Karnataka – 560099
Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month
Timing: Weekdays: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM | Weekends: Full Day

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a friendly, professional, and organised Front Desk Receptionist to be the face of our club. You’ll be our members' first point of contact, handle inquiries, and support smooth day-to-day operations at the centre.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet members and visitors with a warm and welcoming attitude

  • Manage phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and walk-in inquiries

  • Provide information about classes, schedules, and ongoing programs

  • Assist in new enrollments and registrations

  • Coordinate with trainers and instructors on daily schedules

  • Maintain front desk area, attendance logs, and other records

  • Ensure the centre is clean, presentable, and well-maintained at all times

  • Give a positive, friendly, and helpful experience to parents and students at every interaction

  • Support basic administrative tasks and reporting

  • Achieve monthly enrollment and conversion targets set by the centre

  • Report daily/weekly updates and concerns to the management team in a timely and accurate manner


Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: PUC/Graduate (Any stream)

  • Good communication skills in English and Kannada (Hindi is a plus)

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, Google Forms)

  • Friendly, well-groomed, and customer-service oriented

  • Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment

  • Prior experience in a receptionist or front office role is a plus
