Job Summary:

As a Receptionist, you will be the face and voice of the company. You’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for clients, supporting office operations, and assisting with administrative tasks to keep things running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.

  • Maintain the reception area in a clean and tidy condition.

  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.

  • Handle basic client inquiries and direct them to the appropriate agent or department.

  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.

  • Coordinate with real estate agents and support staff to ensure efficient office operations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus.

  • Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus but not required.
