As a Receptionist, you will be the face and voice of the company. You’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for clients, supporting office operations, and assisting with administrative tasks to keep things running smoothly.
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Maintain the reception area in a clean and tidy condition.
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
Handle basic client inquiries and direct them to the appropriate agent or department.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Coordinate with real estate agents and support staff to ensure efficient office operations.
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus.
Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus but not required.
