As a Front Office Executive in a real estate company, you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and vendors. You will represent the company professionally and manage the front desk operations efficiently. Your role will also include basic administrative support to various departments.
Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a positive and helpful attitude.
Answer incoming phone calls, screen and direct calls appropriately.
Manage the front desk and maintain a professional reception area.
Handle inquiries about the company, projects, and schedule appointments.
Maintain records of visitors and update the daily attendance log.
Coordinate with internal teams for client meetings and walk-ins.
Manage courier services (inward and outward).
Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, documentation, and filing.
Handle office supplies, stationery, and ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
Provide support to sales, marketing, and customer relationship teams as needed.
