Location : Chennai Purasaiwakkam

Experience - 6 months to 2 years

Qualification : Any Degree can apply

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Must handle Front office roles

  • Taking care of customer welcoming and inviting guests

  • Manage the front desk, great visitors and handle incoming calls

  • Provide administrative support to the management team

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings and appointments.

  • Maintain accurate records, files and databases.

  • Handle mail, courier services and other correspondence.

  • Assist with recruitment, training and onboarding processes.

Our Requirements

  • 1 - 2 years of experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant

  • Fluency in Tamil, English and Hindi (Basic) is required

  • Proficiency in MS Office etc.

  • Must have Interpersonal and Organizational skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
