Job Title: Front Office Executive

Location: Gachibowli

Job Summary:

The Front Office Executive will be the first point of contact for our company, responsible for creating a positive and professional impression. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, proven experience in customer handling, and a proactive approach to online review collection and documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Reception and Guest Relations:

    • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and customers with a professional and courteous demeanor.

    • Direct visitors to the appropriate personnel or departments.

    • Manage visitor logs and maintain security procedures.

    • Provide information and assistance to visitors regarding the company, its services, and general inquiries.

  • Communication and Correspondence:

    • Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.

    • Handle inquiries and provide information via phone, email, and in-person.

    • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

    • Draft and prepare correspondence, memos, and other documents.

  • Customer Service and Relationship Management:

    • Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and effective manner.

    • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and customers.

    • Ensure customer satisfaction and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.

  • Online Reputation Management:

    • Proactively solicit and collect online reviews from satisfied customers.

    • Monitor online review platforms and respond to customer feedback (positive and negative) in a professional manner.

    • Implement strategies to improve the company's online reputation.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Experience:

    • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a front office, customer service, or related role.

  • Language Proficiency:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi are essential.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

    • Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners, phone systems).

  • Other Skills:

    • Professional appearance and demeanor.

    • Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    • Problem-solving skills
