Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and well-organized Administrator to support the smooth operation of our office and administrative systems. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills and will be comfortable handling a variety of administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities
Manage office tasks such as filing, data entry, correspondence, and scheduling.
Maintain and update company records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data.
Organize meetings and appointments and take detailed minutes when required.
Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
Assist colleagues and executives by providing administrative support.
Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure efficient workflow.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications.
Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proven experience as an administrator, office assistant, or similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
