Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    1. Maintain both hard copy and digital records of ongoing executive projects.
    2. Assist in preparing and distributing meeting minutes (MOM) for management meetings.
    3. Manage internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior management.
    4. Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and event calendars.
    5. Arrange travel plans, including ticket bookings and accommodations.
    6. Type, format, and edit reports, presentations, and official documents.
    7. Maintain an organized office filing system and contact database.
    8. Set up and coordinate meetings on Zoom, Teams, and Google Meet.
    9. Perform general administrative duties, including spreadsheet creation and document management.
    10. Ensure best business practices, professional etiquette, and confidentiality in all tasks.
    Skills Required:
    Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
    Prior experience in retail or wholesale sector preferred
