Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant to the Director located in Andheri, Mumbai. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing executive and administrative support to the Director. Daily tasks include managing the Director's diary, scheduling appointments, handling clerical tasks, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth communication within the organization.

Qualifications
Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
Diary Management and Administrative Assistance skills
Strong Clerical Skills
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Proficient in MS Office and other office management tools
Any Graduate with very good verbal and written communication.
Organize and manage complex calendar of appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Maintain confidential records and files related to executive operations.
Coordinate with internal departments on a regular basis to ensure efficient functioning of day-to-day operations.
Prepare reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, and other documents as needed.
Assist in developing policies and procedures pertaining to office administration matters.
Assist in organizing conferences, seminars and other events as directed by the Director.
Schedule appointments for executives with external parties such as vendors or suppliers.
Maintain company confidence and protected business operations by keeping sensitive information confidential.
Open, read and reply to e-mails, letters and correspondence on behalf
Schedule and arrange travel and hotel reservations for meetings.
Manage daily reports and proposals.
Review incoming reports, applications and memos to determine workplace priorities.
