Job Title: Front Desk Executive / Receptionist

Reports to: HR Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a professional and courteous Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and employees. The ideal candidate will have at least 1+ years of experience in a front desk or receptionist role. The role demands excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a welcoming and professional environment. Female candidates are preferred for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls efficiently.

  • Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.

  • Handle daily administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing emails, and sorting correspondence.

  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.

  • Manage office supplies inventory and maintain stock levels.

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, conference rooms, and any necessary arrangements.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

  • Assist with general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.

  • Maintain office security by following procedures and monitoring visitor access.

  • Provide general information about the company to visitors and clients.

  • Ensure the smooth operation of the front desk and other office areas.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. A degree in administration or any related field is a plus.

  • Experience: At least 1+ years of experience in a front desk or receptionist role.

  • Skills:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Proficiency in office software (MS Office Suite, email systems).

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Friendly and professional demeanor.

  • Ability to manage stress and handle different situations with tact and diplomacy.

  • Gender Preference: Female candidates are preferred.

  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in [insert relevant languages, e.g., English, Hindi] is required
