Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will play a key role in representing our company and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Maintain the reception area in a tidy and presentable condition.
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms.
Assist other departments with administrative tasks as needed.
Handle basic inquiries and resolve or escalate issues appropriately.
Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
Professional appearance and attitude.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
