M/s Sangam Corporate Advisory (OPC) Pvt Ltd. is looking for a professional for the post of receptionist to manage the Air Force Station Dental Centre front desk operations and perform various administrative tasks. This role involves handling patients, giving appointments and managing them .In Short, it involves handling front-office responsibilities, and ensuring smooth daily operations. The position offers an in-hand salary of 17k plus EPF AND ESI along with career growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients while ensuring they are directed appropriately.

  • Answer, screen, and forward phone calls in a professional manner.

  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area with necessary office supplies.

  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries efficiently.

  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments.

  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, and record-keeping.

Job Requirements:

Applicants must be 12th class pass with minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. Good Proficiency in Communication, excellent multitasking, and time-management skills are essential. A professional attitude, along with strong written and verbal communication skills, is a must.
