Job Title: Receptionist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and personable Receptionist to manage our front desk operations and provide excellent service to visitors and clients. As the first point of contact, the Receptionist plays a vital role in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors and clients with a friendly and professional attitude.
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate departments or staff members.
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.
Assist with administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Provide information about the company and its services to visitors and callers.
Keep records of visitor logs and issue visitor passes when required.
Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
Ensure smooth communication between the front desk and other departments.
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Professional appearance and a customer-focused attitude.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Additional Details:
Interview Location: Chandigarh Branch.
Training Location: Chandigarh Branch.
Training Period: Non-paid training with flexible days. Training is mandatory, and the salary will start after successful completion of the training period.
Work Environment:
Office-based role, primarily at the front desk or reception area.
Regular interaction with clients, visitors, and staff members.
