Receptionist

• Languages required for Read and Write: English,Gujarati & Hindi

Skills : Communication Skill, Customer Service Skill, Time Management Skill

Software Known: MS Office Word, Excel, Power Point, Etc.

• Perform a variety of duties at the front desk and spend maximum time in the office front desk/reception area only.

• Maintain proper records of Staff attendance, leaves in software/ hard copy.

• Proper greeting of any visitor.

• Visitors log sheet to be maintained in the ERP software.

• Periodic feedback to Admin head regarding value addition at the administrative level.

• Monitoring Calls, Emails immediately convey to respective site inspection team members, engineers etc.

• Email data to be placed properly in the server and respective employee shall be informed.

• Provide administrative support via phone or email, answer and forward incoming phone calls and direct visitors to the right person of inter department.

• Maintain Good Manner / Discipline / Correspondence / Aesthetics of office.

• Well interact with our colleague to resolve important administrative matters.

• Site visit report to be scanned and placed in the server and hard copies to be kept in office record. Transmittals shall be kept in record on issue of GFC.

• Upcoming site visits shall be entered into the ERP software.

• Weekly submit all transmittals and site visit reports to the admin head.

• Please update regularly if there are any changes to the work.

• Daily brief MD and Management team about visitor’s log sheet, transmittals issued and site visits done.
