Key Responsibilities
Greet everyone properly, including clients, visitors, and all the seniors.Offer refreshments to clients, such as coffee, tea, or water.Coordinate with HR for candidate interviews.Properly record entries for all visitors, clients, and employees.Maintain and update the attendance register.Order coffee, tea etc as required.Manage the front desk, handling phone calls, emails, and messages.Provide excellent customer service to clients.Manage the company's phone directory and contact list.Assist with data entry, filing, and record-keeping.Communicate with external parties, such as vendors, suppliers, and partners.Monitor and control access to the office premises.Perform other tasks as assigned by the management.Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times..
Telecalling Duties:
Make outbound calls to customers, clients, or leads to promote products or servicesUpdate and maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system.Follow-up on potential leads, including email and call reminders & Collect feedback fromrelevant.customers and escalate any complaints to theIdentifying sales opportunities & Meeting sales targets.
