Skills Key Skills Requirements:

 Must be fluent in Gujarati / Hindi / English and have

experience in immigration procedures.

 Must have strong communication and negotiation skills as

the job is centred on communication with the client,

colleagues and authorities.

 The Visa and Immigration Consultant must be able to work to

tight deadlines even when under pressure, whilst still being

able to provide a high level of customer service.

 You must be proficient in Microsoft office and any other

software related to Visa and Immigration Consultancy.

 Top-notch research, fact-checking, and writing abilities.

 Outstanding verbal communication.

 Capacity to support worried clients.

 Strict observance of all applicable deadlines.

 Solution-oriented approach to fulfilling duties.

Job Description Visa Counsellor Job Duties:

 Responsible for counselling the enquiries and selling our

services (Student Visa), over the phone, email & in person.

 Must oversee all aspects of the visa and immigration

services, ensuring that the process runs smoothly.

 Keeping up-to-date with the industry changes and any

alterations to the immigration laws

 Advice on the overseas options available, so as to enable the

candidates & their family make an educated choice & the

right decision.

 Communicating with clients and understanding their

immigration requirements.

 Meeting with prospective and extant clients to gauge which

services they require.

 Providing clients with all pertinent documentation.

 Assisting clients with the completion of paperwork and

ensuring that this is submitted on time.

 You must take full responsibility of all immigration issues and

operations, remaining up to date with any changes to

legislation.

 Give clear and accurate information based on the current

immigration & visa laws & policies.

 Provide a fair and neutral evaluation of a candidate’s profile.

 Achieve excellent customer service by proactively

responding to client queries and advising customers on their

overseas immigration and visa needs.

 Meet the assigned targets.
