Lead Generation:
Contact potential clients through outbound calls and follow up with inquiries related to property sales or rentals.
Qualify leads based on customer requirements and direct them to the sales team.
Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
Product Knowledge:
Stay updated with the company’s property listings and services to provide accurate and detailed information to clients.
Clearly communicate the benefits and features of the properties available for sale or rent.
Client Engagement:
Develop rapport with prospective clients and handle customer queries and concerns effectively.
Schedule appointments for site visits and meetings with sales executives or property consultants.
Sales Support:
Assist in converting leads into actual sales by providing timely follow-ups and offering relevant property recommendations.
Provide after-call support and ensure client satisfaction.
Achieving Targets:
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and contribute to the team’s overall sales goals.
Report regularly on call outcomes, lead conversions, and client feedback to management.
Customer Service:
Ensure excellent customer service by addressing clients' concerns and requests efficiently.
Follow-up with clients post-sale or post-inquiry to ensure satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.
Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar role, preferably in the real estate sector.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Knowledge of real estate terminology and trends is a plus.
Ability to handle customer inquiries and objections professionally.
Goal-oriented with the ability to meet sales targets.
Proficient in using CRM software and basic computer applications (MS Office, Excel).
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company.
Previous experience in telecalling or sales in real estate.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field.
Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage, depending on the market.
