We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to manage our front desk and be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff. The ideal candidate will be well-presented, organized, and capable of handling a variety of administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Greet and welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Schedule appointments and manage meeting
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Perform administrative support tasks, such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and document preparation
Maintain security by following procedures and issuing visitor badges
Assist colleagues with administrative needs and support other departments as required
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
Professional attitude and appearance
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Customer service attitude
