We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage and optimize customer relationships. You will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, supporting the sales team, and maintaining the CRM system for accurate data and insights.
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
Respond to customer queries and resolve issues in a timely manner
Analyze customer data to improve engagement and retention
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to execute CRM campaigns
Segment customer lists for targeted outreach
Track performance of CRM campaigns and prepare reports
Ensure data privacy and compliance with relevant regulations
Gather feedback from customers and work on improving customer experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Experience working with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
