Location: Shela, Ahmedabad | Work Mode: Work from Office
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM | 6 days a week
Joining: Immediate
Experience: Minimum 3+ years
Age: 28 – 38 years (strictly)
This is a key role in a growing startup. This job is going to be highly responsible and accountable, and along side contributing to growth, it will provide immense learning opportunity

Responsibilities:

• Handle administrative tasks: office/shop maintenance, monthly billing, staff hiring, bank coordination

• Maintained Excel-based company finance records (inflow & outflow)

• Act as Personal Assistant to the owner: schedule meetings, coordinate with event companies, assist in growth-focused tasks

• Handle email correspondence and online research and assist with company growth activities

• Track and complete daily task lists efficiently

• Be ready to travel locally for work-related errands when required
  

Requirements:

• Fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati

• Must have own vehicle and valid driving license

• Must have personal laptop or system

• Highly organized, self-motivated, and result-oriented
