Responsibilities:
1. Office Management:
o Ensure smooth office operations by managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
o Coordinate maintenance and repairs for office equipment and spaces.
2. Communication & Coordination:
o Manage internal communications and announcements to employees.
o Coordinate meetings, appointments, and company events as needed.
3. Documentation & Filing:
o Maintain office files and records (both physical and digital) for easy retrieval and compliance with legal requirements.
o Prepare, review, and manage official documentation, letters, and reports as required.
4. Visitor Management:
o Oversee visitor access, ensure proper registration, and provide assistance to visitors as needed.
5. Travel & Accommodation:
o Arrange travel, accommodation, and transportation for employees when required.
6. Health & Safety:
o Ensure that the office environment complies with health and safety standards.
o Assist with conducting safety drills and promoting a safe work environment.
