Key Responsibilities:
Administration:
1. Manage and maintain office records, files, and databases.
2. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
3. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
4. Maintain office supplies and ensure the office is well-maintained.
HR:
1. Assist in recruitment and selection processes.
2. Maintain employee records and databases.
3. Handle employee queries and provide support.
4. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities.
Requirements:
1. 0-1 year of experience in administration or HR.
2. Bachelor's degree in commerce.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong organizational and time management skills.
5. Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
