Position: Admin cum Accounts Executive

Job Location: N. M. Joshi Marg, Lower Parel (E), Mumbai
Accounts Duties / Responsibilities :
• Basis knowledge of Tally
• Bank RTGS / NEFT
• Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct.
• Updating and maintaining procedural documentation
• Handling petty cash
• Perform other accounting duties as assigned
Admin Duties/ Responsibilities :
• Supervising and maintaining the day-to-day operations of the office.
• Handling internal and external communication, including emails, phone calls, and other correspondence
• Managing and organizing company documents, records, and files. This may involve creating and maintaining filing systems
• Coordinate and manage executives’ schedules, appointments, and meetings.
• Making travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation
• Managing office supplies, equipment, and other resources to ensure the smooth functioning of the workplace
• Implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures.
• Handling legal matters ,coordinating with lawyers, visiting court as & when required.
