Job Description

Candidate Must have Experience in Hospitality Field and Multilanguage skills like Tamil, English, Telugu, Hindi and Malayalam.

Key Responsibilities:

Administration Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure a well-organized workplace.

  • Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and facility maintenance.

  • Handle travel arrangements, meeting schedules, and other logistics.

  • Maintain and update company records, files, and documentation.

  • Ensure compliance with office safety and security policies.

HR Generalist Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, and onboarding.

  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.

  • Process payroll, attendance, and leave management.

  • Handle employee grievances and ensure a positive work environment.

  • Assist in performance appraisals and training & development programs.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.

  • Organize employee engagement activities and wellness programs.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.

  • 6+ years of experience in an administrative or HR role.

  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    Must have Laptop and Dual-sim Mobile Phone
    The candidate should work Streachable and the timing will be Morning, 9am to 7pm
