Food Vista India Private Limited in Bangalore, Sector 4 HSR Layout is looking for an experienced Admin Executive to manage the full office administration. This role involves identifying potential candidates, conducting interviews, and evaluating their suitability. You will also be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20000 - ₹35000 along with career growth opportunities.
Office Management:
Manage office supplies and ensure stock levels are maintained.
Organize office space and ensure a clean and safe working environment.
Liaise with vendors and service providers for maintenance and office needs.
Communication Management:
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
Draft, proofread, and distribute internal and external communications.
Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and video conferences.
Scheduling & Coordination:
Maintain and update schedules for senior managers or the leadership team.
Organize internal and external meetings and events.
Book travel arrangements for staff, including flights, hotels, and transportation.
Documentation & Record-Keeping:
Ensure proper filing and storage of important documents (digital and physical).
Prepare and maintain accurate reports, memos, and other documentation.
Handle confidential information with discretion and in compliance with organizational policies.
Human Resources Support:
Assist with employee onboarding, including preparing new hire paperwork.
Maintain employee records and ensure they are updated.
Assist with payroll and benefits administration if required.
General Administrative Support:
Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and meeting materials.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field is a plus.
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a corporate or office environment.
Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with office management software is a plus.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
