Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will handle clerical tasks, provide support to staff and management, and ensure efficient and smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize office documents, files, and records
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, calls, couriers)
Maintain office supplies and inventory
Schedule meetings and appointments
Support basic bookkeeping and data entry tasks
Assist in preparing reports and presentations
Greet visitors and ensure they are attended to
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and clients
Perform other administrative duties as required
Requirements:
Minimum 12th pass or graduate (preferred)
Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role (preferred but not mandatory)
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good communication skills in English and local language
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
