The person should be proactive and organized HR Admin.
HR & Admin Executive will handle a combination of administrative and human resource responsibilities, ensuring seamless operations across multiple functions, arranging & managing transportation, managing the stores, purchasing, bill preparation, employee welfare, and employee relations. This role requires strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills to maintain a productive and positive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Day to day reporting to the HQ regarding work progress, attendance, disciplinary issues, sourcing of candidates, primary screening of candidates, new employee orientation & onboarding, arranging of entry passes, safety training, health checkups, documentation, exit interviews etc.
Office Management, ensuring safety of office equipments and interaction with clients.
Interaction with cross functional teams.
Oversee purchasing and storage of office supplies, work site consumables, equipment, and other required materials while adhering to budgets and quality standards.
Prepare and process bills for vendor payments, reimbursements, and other financial obligations.
Manage conveyance arrangements for employees and organize accommodation for employees.
Foster a positive work environment by ensuring employee welfare programs.
Oversee store management, including inventory tracking, stock levels, and timely procurement of essentials.
Monitor overtime and maintain accurate records.
Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree/ Master’s Degree
Minimum 2 years of experience required
