Job Summary:
Green Life Solutions is looking for an organized and proactive Admin Executive to assist the Director in daily administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 3 years of experience in administration and be capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Director, including managing schedules, appointments, and correspondence.
Handle office operations, documentation, and record-keeping.
Assist in coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining office supplies.
Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the Director.
Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of office activities.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling company matters.
Requirements:
Experience: 2 to 3 years in an administrative role.
Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
Proficiency: Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email management.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month.
Preferred Qualifications:
