Job Description

ADMIN MANAGER ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Daily Tasks

  • Manage attendance: Drivers, Security, Office Boys, Watchmen, Clerks

  • Oversee cleaning & maintenance: Cars, Office, Commercial spaces, Pantry, Restrooms

  • Check car essentials: Fuel, Water bottles, Pens, Papers, Spare tire, Fastag, Insurance & RC documents

  • Inspect facilities: Lift, DG, Lights, Printers, ACs, Water supply, Conference rooms, Pantry, Meter readings, Stationery

  • Coordinate operations: Clerks’ travel, Rent & bill collections, Site admin, Landlines, DG fuel, Motor conditions

Weekly Tasks

  • Maintain & clean guest house

Monthly Tasks

  • Finance & Operations: Rent & EB bills, Invoices, Agreements, Office vacancy management

  • Events & Purchases: Budget allocation, Bill verification, Google Drive updates

  • Payments & Stock: Salaries, Telecom bills, Office supplies, AMC payments, Rental house maintenance

  • Facility Management: MD Sir’s travel & hospitality, Guest arrangements, Miscellaneous purchases

Every 6 Months

  • Clean water & sump tanks

  • Renew car pollution certificates

  • Renew email IDs

Yearly Tasks

  • Commercial Maintenance: Lift & DG AMC, Transformer service, Microsoft Office & antivirus renewal, Festival planning

  • Office & MD House: UPS, AC & EPBX AMC, Car insurance & RC renewals

Monthly Reports

  • Attendance: Drivers, Security, Clerks, Office Boys, Watchmen

  • Financial: Stationery, Staff welfare, Maintenance, Telecom, Salaries, Fuel, Rental collections, AMC payments, MD House expenses

  • Operational: Vehicle maintenance, Facility condition, Guest house usage, Housekeeping efficiency
