Location Palghar

Experience 3 yr plus.

Job Description

Daily Factory Round

Ensure routine checks for cleanliness, safety, and basic upkeep.

Complaint Handling

Record and follow up on electrical, mechanical, civil, and housekeeping complaints.

Request & Query Handling

Address staff requests and queries professionally and promptly.

Travel & Stay Arrangements

Coordinate executive travel, hotel bookings, and meal arrangements as required.

Office Supplies Management

Track and reorder office/stationery supplies as needed.

Housekeeping Team Coordination

Assign daily tasks and prepare shift schedules for housekeeping staff.

Garden & Grounds Check

Ensure maintenance work by gardener is completed properly.

Civil & General Maintenance Supervision

Oversee civil work, painting, minor carpentry, AC servicing, etc.

Material Pickup Arrangements

Coordinate procurement or collection of materials from Palghar and nearby.

Document Submission Support

Arrange personnel to submit paperwork to government offices.

Driver & Vehicle Coordination

Manage vehicle dispatches between Palghar and Boisar.

Facility Maintenance

Get minor repairs done for office amenities and equipment.

Guesthouse & Site Visits

Visit company guesthouse or local sites for miscellaneous tasks.

Audit Support

Assist departments during internal or external audits.

Compliance Records Maintenance

Maintain due dates, calibration logs, and other compliance data.

First Aid Kit Management

Ensure first-aid supplies are updated and in place.
