Job Title: Office Administrator
Job Summary:
The Office Administrator is responsible for overseeing daily office operations, ensuring efficiency, organization, and smooth workflow. This role involves administrative support, coordination of office activities, and assisting different departments as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:
o Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
o Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
o Maintain filing systems and office records.
2. Office Coordination:
o Ensure a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
3. HR & Employee Support:
o Maintain employee records and assist in onboarding new hires.
o Support HR with leave tracking
4. Finance & Accounting Support:
o Process invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
5. Communication & Customer Service:
o Act as the main point of contact for clients, vendors, and visitors.
o Handle customer inquiries and escalate issues when necessary.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in office administration or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software.
• Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
