Job Description

Manage hiring processes and help with office/admin support
Coordinate office activities and handle employee engagement

Reporting to: HR Manager
1.
o Payroll Management, Process the casual-to-payroll transition.
o Generate PF & ESIC challans before 7th of Every Month
o Annual Leave, Annual Bonus, Medical Leave Policy & All statutory compliances
o Insurance Policy (SBI General)
o Address employee queries related to PF, ESIC, and withdrawal processes.
o Facilitate PF withdrawal, settlement, and correction of records.
o Manage employee full & final settlements.
2. Agreement Management:
o Rent Agreements
o Monthly Rental Sheet
o BA Franchise Agreement
o Address update in GST portal
o Monthly manpower expense Sheet
o C&F, CFA Billing
3. Administrative Support:
o Mobile Phone/SIM/Internet Monthly billings/ SIM Activation etc
o Address update in GST portal
o Trade License and Shop & Establishment Registration
4. Coordinate holiday lists, Diwali gift and T-shirt distribution.
