Role Overview

We are seeking a reliable, mature, and qualified Executive Director to provide strategic leadership, ensure statutory compliance, and act as a key decision-maker representing the company’s interests in India. This role requires high integrity, business acumen, and the ability to handle responsibilities independently in a remote working environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic direction and leadership aligned with company objectives
Represent the company in statutory, regulatory, and compliance matters
Ensure adherence to Companies Act, corporate governance, and local regulations
Participate in board meetings and support investor reporting requirements
Oversee high-level operations of e-commerce and software business lines
Act as a responsible signatory where required
Handle risk management and crisis situations professionally
Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, auditors, and legal advisors
Safeguard company reputation, assets, and stakeholder interests

Eligibility & Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s preferred)
Age: 25 years and above (Preference for experienced professionals)
Proven experience in director-level, leadership, or senior management roles
Strong understanding of corporate compliance, governance, and business operations
Excellent communication and decision-making skills
High ethical standards and professional maturity
Ability to work independently in a work-from-home setup
