We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient HR Admin Backend Specialist to manage and streamline backend HR operations. This role requires proficiency in administrative tasks, database management, and compliance with HR policies, ensuring seamless support to the HR team and overall organizational operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Employee Records Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems.
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Payroll Support:

Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure timely and accurate salary processing.
Manage employee attendance and leave records.
Recruitment Support:

Assist in managing applicant databases.
Coordinate interview schedules and maintain candidate records.
Compliance and Documentation:

Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
Prepare and maintain compliance documentation for audits.
HR Systems Management:

Manage HR backend tools and software.
Generate HR reports and analytics as required.
General Administration:

Coordinate employee onboarding and exit formalities.
Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and systems.
