Compliance Executive

We are looking for an experienced candidate mainly into HR Compliance with the following expertise:

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, minimum wage laws, and other HR-related legal regulations.

• Manage statutory deductions like PF, ESI, Professional Tax, LWF and Gratuity. 

• Maintain accurate records of employee data, including employment contracts, attendance, and performance evaluations. 

• Stay updated on changes in labor laws and regulations. 

• Handle employee queries related to compliance matters. 

• Prepare and submit reports to regulatory agencies as required. 

• Identify compliance issues that require follow-up or investigation.
