Ensure compliance with Labor Laws (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus Act, Shops & Establishment Act, etc.).
✅ Maintain and update statutory records & registers as per government norms.
✅ Handle EPF & ESI registrations, challans, returns, and audits.
✅ Ensure compliance with minimum wages, overtime rules, and employment contracts.
✅ Assist in internal & external HR audits and liaison with government authorities.
✅ Monitor changes in labor laws & statutory guidelines and ensure company compliance.
✅ Coordinate with payroll team for statutory deductions & remittances.
✅ Prepare and submit monthly/quarterly/annual compliance reports.
✅ Manage vendor compliance, contract labor, and third-party audits.
✅ Address employee grievances related to PF, ESI, gratuity, and other benefits.
