JOB DESCRIPTION: Compliance Executive

Qualification: Bachelor's degree/MBA in Human Resources or related field.

Relevant experience in HR compliance, preferably in a manpower resources or staffing agency environment.

Experience: Min. 1+ year (In Industries is highly preferred)

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Resolve employee queries related to Provident Fund (PF) and Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) accounts, ensuring the accurate creation, update, and maintenance of records.

2. Handle issues related to employee PF and ESIC registration, including corrections and discrepancies on the portals.

3. Assist employees with PF and ESIC withdrawals, transfers, and claims, guiding them through the process.

4.Identify areas of improvement in the management of PF and ESIC operations and suggest process enhancements to streamline operations and resolve employee issues more efficiently.

5.Collaborate with the HR and Finance teams to ensure smooth integration between payroll systems and PF/ESIC portals to minimize errors or delays. 6. Self upgradation regarding PF and ESIC portals. 7. Handling death claim cases of employees. 8. Ability to provide 100% compliance.
