Compliance Executive

Ozone Hr Solutions Private Limited in Noida, Sector 58 Noida is looking for an experienced Compliance Executive to manage the full recruitment cycle. This role involves identifying potential candidates, conducting interviews, and evaluating their suitability. You will also be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks. Key Responsibilities:

PF Compliance: Manage monthly remittances and return filings under Provident Fund regulations.

 ESI Compliance: Ensure timely remittance and filing of monthly returns under Employee State Insurance.

 PT Compliance: Oversee the timely remittance and return filing for Professional Tax (PAN India).

 LWF Compliance: Handle the timely remittance and return filing for the Labour Welfare Fund (PAN India).

 Labour Law Registers: Prepare and maintain statutory registers in compliance with labour laws and allied acts.

 Return Filing: Manage quarterly, half-yearly, and annual return filings under relevant statutory regulations.

 Communication: Liaise with internal teams and external authorities effectively through strong verbal and written communication.

 Data Management: Use Excel proficiently for data handling, reporting, and tracking of compliance activities.

Job Requirements:

Candidates must have Graduate and 0.5-2 years of experience as an HR Recruiter or in similar roles. Strong communication skills, knowledge of resume databases, and expertise in sourcing techniques are essential. Sound judgment and decision-making abilities are a must.
