Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate executive communications, including managing calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with clients.

  • Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners.

  • Manage vendor relationships, ensuring timely invoice processing and payments.

  • Organize interviews, handle the onboarding process, and assist in recruitment.

  • Schedule and manage meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries for executives.

  • Maintain a well-organized filing system for both physical and electronic documents.

  • Develop and maintain professionalism among staff and clients, ensuring confidentiality.

  • Handle business development tasks, such as managing incoming inquiries and outbound calls.

  • Collaborate with various teams, such as social media, digital marketing, and brand consultants, to ensure efficient coordination.

  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Admin Manager, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

  • Experience with vendor management and recruitment processes is a plus.

Education:

Graduate in any field, with a preference for candidates who have experience in administrative roles in the IT services industry.
