Contract Duration: 6months

No of days working - 6 days with rotational week off

Shift : General Shift

Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Field Recruiter to join our team to help recruit delivery executives for our expanding network. As a Field Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, and onboarding delivery executives This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people and has a passion for recruitment.

Responsibilities:

Source candidates from various channels (social media, job portals, referrals, etc.).

Assist candidates in completing necessary paperwork and documentation.

Coordinate with the store team to schedule training sessions for onboarded candidates.

Maintain accurate records of the recruitment process.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Ensure Rider reliability 

Requirements:

Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably for field-based roles.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable with working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Previous experience in recruiting delivery executives or similar roles is a plus.
