Job Description

Manage hiring processes and help with office/admin support
Coordinate office activities and handle employee engagement

Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates through various channels.
Conduct interviews, schedule appointments, and coordinate logistics for interviewees.
Prepare salary packages and negotiate terms with selected candidates.
Ensure timely joining formalities are completed for new hires.
Oversee attendance management, leave requests, and other HR operations.
Desired Candidate Profile

3-5 years of experience in HR administration or related field (preferably in an automobile industry).
MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or equivalent qualification.
Strong understanding of generalistic HR activities such as recruitment, interview coordination, office administration, etc.
