Job Summery :
We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Executive to manage employee data, oversee the complete employee lifecycle (from onboarding to exit), and handle employee relations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth HR operations, maintain accurate records, and support a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee data.
Generate reports related to employee demographics, attendance, and other HR metrics.
Onboarding & Induction:
Coordinate joining formalities and document collection.
Conduct employee inductions and orientation programs.
Ensure timely creation of employee IDs and system access.
Employee Transitions & Updates:
Manage confirmation, promotions, and transfers.
Track employee attendance, leaves, and records.
Exit & Offboarding:
Handle resignation formalities and exit interviews.
Coordinate full & final settlements and relieving letters.
Ensure smooth handover processes and documentation.
Address employee queries regarding policies, payroll, and benefits.
Support grievance handling and conflict resolution.
Assist in organizing engagement activities and surveys to enhance workplace culture.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
0-1 years of experience in HR data management and employee lifecycle processes.
Proficiency in HRMS software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
