Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional who can handle day-to-day office operations efficiently? Sudarshan TV Channel LTD, a leading national news network, is looking for a proactive and dependable Admin Executive to manage administrative activities and ensure smooth functioning across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee office administration, housekeeping coordination, and facility management.
Manage inventory of office supplies, equipment, and coordinate with vendors and service providers.
Maintain records related to attendance, office maintenance, and internal communication.
Support HR, Accounts, and technical teams with document handling and logistics.
Ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and operational policies within the workplace.
Manage scheduling, travel bookings, and administrative support for internal teams.
Handle petty cash, invoices, and office-level expense records as needed.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in office administration, preferably in media or fast-paced environments.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Ability to multitask and coordinate across departments.

  • Graduate in any discipline (Admin or Management background preferred).

Location: Noida, UP (On-Site)
