Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented professional to join our team, specializing in both HR and administrative tasks. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a strong command of English (speaking, reading, and writing). Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources (HR) Tasks:

Understand the company's working structure, processes, and organizational culture.

Oversee the full recruitment and hiring lifecycle to secure talented team members.

Manage day-to-day HR operations, optimizing efficiency across the department.

Administer salary processing and leave management with accuracy and adherence to company policies.

Monitor and evaluate employee performance, supporting their growth and development.

Administrative Tasks:

Develop content as per organizational needs, ensuring quality and alignment with requirements.

Acquire a thorough understanding of the company’s processes and working structure to streamline administrative tasks.

Organize and maintain filing systems for efficient record management.

Proofread and edit content to uphold high standards of accuracy and professionalism.

Maintain and update records regularly, supporting operational needs.

Participate in training programs provided by the company to develop skills and stay aligned with organizational goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for data management and documentation.

Technology-savvy with the ability to adapt to various tools and systems.

Detailed knowledge of salary calculation methods and leave management processes.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering teamwork and collaboration.

A friendly and supportive nature to build strong team relationships and encourage a cooperative work environment.
