Key Responsibilities of an HR Generalist:
Recruitment and Onboarding: Assisting with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, interviewing candidates, and onboarding new hires.
Employee Relations: Addressing employee concerns, resolving disputes, and ensuring a positive work environment.
Compensation and Benefits: Administering salary and benefit programs, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Compliance: Staying up-to-date with employment laws and regulations, and ensuring the organization complies with them.
Training and Development: Identifying training needs, designing and implementing training programs, and supporting employee development.
Data Management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including staff files, HRIS data, and other HR documentation.
Policy Implementation: Creating, updating, and applying HR policies and company guidelines.
Internal Communication: Creating and distributing internal communications to keep employees informed and engaged.
Performance Management: Assisting with performance reviews and evaluations.
Succession Planning: Identifying potential successors for key positions.
Employee Engagement: Monitoring employee morale and company culture, and implementing initiatives to improve employee engagement.
Job Requirements:
Candidates must have Graduate and 3 - 6+ years of experience as an HR Recruiter or in similar roles. Strong communication skills, knowledge of resume databases, and expertise in sourcing techniques are essential. Sound judgment and decision-making abilities are a must.
