HR Analyst

Role & responsibilities-

Charge of all contracts that we have with clients in your domain.

You must have a good experience and strong links in manpower sourcing for different sites - manpower for manufacturing units, housekeepers, technicians, production manpower etc.

Be it site operations, contract, procurement or team management, you'll ensure our service delivery is at its best.

Youll also be our clients’ eye on all operational matters. In this role, you will promote seamless and competitive operations by collaborating with the management, field staff and office departments.

You'll provide required manpower at each of your designated site, reduce shortfall, engage in site visits, manage a team of field officers and initiate trainings at the site

You will also coordinate with the stores for material, machine and uniform delivery and assist the compliance team with required support

You will visit the sites from time to time as per client requirements and internal plan

You will indulge in business development and generate new leads and business
