Key Responsibilities:
Front Office Management:
Greet and welcome visitors with a positive attitude.
Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate staff members.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
Maintain a clean and organized front office area.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
Human Resources Support:
Assist HR department in recruitment processes, including posting job vacancies, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
Coordinate onboarding and orientation sessions for new hires.
Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
Handle employee inquiries and provide basic HR support as needed.
