Duties/Responsibilities:
Experience:
• Required experience – 2 to 5 years in Implementation & Support of any ERP or HRMS software.
• Must be comfortable for providing Employee support for their queries.
• Experience of working in HR domain, especially in payroll management, HR system implementation.
• Attendance Management.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
• Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff on the HRMS team.
• Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
• Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
• Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (human resources or computer science) plus seven or more years of relevant experience or the combination of education and experience that enables performance in all aspects of the position.
