Job Description

Talent Acquisition: Identify, attract, and hire qualified candidates to fill open positions within the organization. Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Employer Branding:Contribute to building a strong employer brand that attracts top talent. II. Key Responsibilities:Sourcing and Attracting Candidates:Develop and implement sourcing strategies, utilizing various channels like online job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events. Write and post engaging job descriptions that accurately reflect the role and company culture. Build and maintain a network of potential candidates. Screening and Assessment:Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Administer assessments and tests as needed. Interview Coordination and Management:Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Manage the interview process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all involved. Offer Negotiation and Onboarding:Assist in negotiating job offers and closing candidates. Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires. Record Keeping and Reporting:Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment documentation and reports. Track key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire. Other Responsibilities:Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. III. Skills and Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Experience: 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or human resources. Skills:Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Knowledge of HR policies and procedures. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. HR Recruiter Job Description Responsibilities Design and update job descriptions.
